We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team and assist our valued customers.

**Experience**: 1-2 Years

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with product/service-related issues, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and stay informed about product updates and changes.
- Provide product recommendations and assistance to customers based on their needs.
- Generate reports on customer support metrics and performance as needed.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and processes.
- Relay customer feedback to the relevant departments for action and improvement.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
