We are having state-of the art modern manufacturing facilities spread over total area of 60,000 Sqm at various locations with ASME, PED, GoST, DOSH certifications.

The brief profile of the position can be as given below:
The incumbent shall be responsible for:

- Act as a single window for Customer Complaint. Manage service portal
- Collecting Post Service Feedback from customer
- Managing Customer complaints
- Following-up with customer / vendor / team for complaint resolution
- Allocate sites to engineers and manage engineer monthly plan
- Managing service calendar of service team.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Warranty Management.
- Tracking AMC Contracts.
- FOC / Non FOC Replacement Parts and Resolution.
- Managing Site Vendor Contracts and deputation for site activities.
- Maintain Work Order files /passbook
- Any other task / assignment as allotted by HOD / Management from time to time.
- **Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.**:

- **Minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience in Customer Support / Customer Care / Customer Service, preferably in a B2B environment.**:

- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**:

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
