- Assist customers in resolving inquiries, concerns, and issues effectively.
- Provide accurate and relevant information about our products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in a voice-based customer service role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to empathize with customers and provide effective solutions.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and using CRM software.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- High School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent educational qualification.
