- 2+ years of experience in US immigration.
- Good written and verbal communication skills; high quality document and report preparation.
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards.

Key job responsibilities
- Efficiently handle high volumes of US Visa (H1 and L1) transactions in strict alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Adhere to privacy and confidentiality regulations in maintaining records.
- Update the case management system in a timely and accurate manner.
- Own processes and administrative tasks related to defined operational work.
- Validate, test, and recommend edits to immigration standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Partner with global team members to build and improve upon common processes.
- Gain an understanding of immigration globally, in addition to existing country or region-specific expertise.

A day in the life
The Immigration Assistant is part of the India immigration case working team, this is a case working support role and acts as a case worker within the case working team, providing support across all daily case operations.

- 1+ years of human resources experience
- Good knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Proficiency in monitoring process execution and ensuring quality service.
- Experience identifying and rectifying process defects in collaboration with teams.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
