Openings for process trainers
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Overall 3+ Years of experience in BPO sector and should have at least 1 year of
experience as a Trainer
- Should have experience into both training and quality concepts.
- Must be fluent in communication
- Should have experience into International domain
- Hands on experience into MS office, Excel and presentations.
- Exposure into 7QC tools
- Basic understanding in six sigma concepts
- Should have experience in handling following reports : (Quality Audit sampling reports,
Quality Reports, RCA- root cause analysis and other TNI reports)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education Requirement:
- High School diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
preferred

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Problem-solving
- High degree of flexibility and ability to effectively prioritize and complete multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently
- High degree of proficiency with all Microsoft Office 360 Suite

**Salary**: Upto 4.25 LPA

Week off: Two rotational
