Executive - Key Accounts

**Job Functions**
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with clients;
- Rigorously track customers’ buying behaviour (orders’ frequency and recency) to maintain customer retention and rejuvenate hibernating customers;
- Execute various plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business;
- Acquiring new B2B customers and effectively presenting our business proposition;
- Regular interactions with the customers to understand their needs and build rapport;
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer’s concerns promptly and professionally by taking regular follow up.
**Desired Position Qualifications -**
- Education - Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to handle pressure and high-stress environment
- Spare part knowledge will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
