**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Provide accurate information about products, orders, shipping, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.

**Back Office Support**:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and inventory on Shopify.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Perform routine checks on the website to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and other administrative tasks as needed.

**E-commerce Management**:

- Monitor website performance and report any issues to the technical team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement promotions and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the customer experience.

**Proactive Task Management**:

- Take ownership of all assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
- Suggest improvements to processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in e-commerce.
- Proficiency in using Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Passion for sustainability and ethical fashion is a plus.
