**Position**: Regional Admin
**Location**: Mumbai (MIDC Andheri)
**Compensation**: Open
**Experience**: Minimum 2 to Maximum 4 years handling general office administration (Those with experience of 4+ years, please do not apply)

**Job responsibilities**:
**Office Maintenance & House Keeping Activities**:

- Taking care of daily cleaning, maintaining and upkeep of the premises
- Maintaining House Keeping staff attendance
- Handling electrical and plumbing - repairs and services
- Weighing machine calibration
- AMC tracking and on time servicing of AC, RO, UPS, Weighing machine, etc.

**Employee Welfare Activities**:

- Arranging drinking water, tea / coffee for employees
- Transportation and local accommodation arrangements
- Event management

**Asset Management**:

- Maintaining company asset data
- Purchase of new assets
- Sale of scrap assets of Admin / Operation/ Fleet departments

**Stationery Procurement**:

- Procure and support stationery items
- Maintain stock data

**Billing Management**:

- Utility bills processing for payments
- Uploading bills on company software

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Vendor management
- Assisting in new project setup
- Schedule visits to regional branches for admin related support

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
