**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating meetings, organizing office meetings, and holding conferences for management and staff.
- Housekeeping and facility management, vendor management,Procure and monitor office supplies and fixed asset inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, and placing orders as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and correspondence.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment by implementing and monitoring procedures and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate from any stream
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in Hindi and one other regional language
- Strong organizing and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.
- A proactive and positive attitude.

**Salary**: From ₹25,000.00 per month
