**Profile Introduction**:
As a Presales Executive specializing in Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue generation by identifying and qualifying potential leads, understanding client needs, and presenting them with tailored solutions. You will serve as a bridge between the sales team and potential clients, providing vital support in the pre-sales process to ensure successful conversions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients, including their background, requirements, and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct presentations or property tours to showcase available real estate options and highlight their features and benefits.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies based on client needs.
- Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing accurate information and guidance throughout the pre-sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate developers, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Assist in the coordination of marketing activities, including promotional events, advertising campaigns, and online presence management.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, including property types, pricing trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- English, Hindi and Marathi**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
