**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients from provided lists, referrals, or other sources to generate new leads for the business development team.
**Service Introduction**: Effectively communicate and articulate the features and benefits of our services to potential clients, highlighting how they can address their specific needs.
**Relationship Building**: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through active listening, rapport building, and understanding their requirements.
**Qualify Leads**: Assess and qualify potential leads based on specific criteria, ensuring they meet the target market and have genuine interest in our offerings.
**Follow-up**: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales process, addressing any queries or concerns they may have and moving them towards conversion.
**Achieve Targets**: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly lead generation targets, contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
**CRM Management**: Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to track and manage lead interactions, update customer information, and maintain accurate records.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with the business development team to provide them with quality leads and ensure a seamless transition of potential clients.
**Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services during conversations with potential clients.
**Feedback and Reporting**: Provide regular feedback to the sales management team regarding the quality of leads, challenges faced, and opportunities for improvement.
**Continuous Learning**: Engage in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and overall sales skills.
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience or knowledge as an Inside Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales processes.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
