**Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Customer Success Intern at Sekel Technologies Pvt Ltd, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain and adapt processes to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues with alternate solutions tailored to individual needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor for our customers, making sure all enquiries are researched and responded to in a professional and friendly manner.
- Serve as the customer’s voice and provide continuous feedback to your colleagues in product development and sales in order to respond to current and emerging needs.
- Work closely with the product team to develop improvements for our suite of products.
- Identify areas and implement strategies that will help customers receive the knowledge and support they require rapidly and proactively.
- Constantly iterate on processes and contribute to our growth by creating new content and processes.
- Develop processes and relationships that increase retention and loyalty of our customers to ultimately increase renewal rates.
- Monitor health scores, satisfaction levels, and customer engagement.
- Maintain and update data in our dashboard.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English.
- Thrives in a social role and gains energy from talking to our customers.
- Brings a self-starter attitude to work every day and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
- Has exceptional communication skills and is collaborative between departments.
- Enjoys versatility in their daily tasks and is willing to help drive changes throughout the company.
- Is highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Versatility, initiative and willingness to take on a challenge are a must.
