Sales Executive

**Roles and Responsibilities**
The employee requires performing the following duties and responsibilities:
- Build good working relationship.
- Understanding the needs of the business customers.
- Research the market & related products.
- Gather market & customer information.
- Result oriented & with good interpersonal relations.
- Giving Innovative ideas to enhance business & utilize the resources.
- Any other duties that may arise periodically, or assigned to the employee, and is related to the employment of the employee.
**Selection Procedure**:
**Appointment with Indemnity Bond**
- The appointment shall be done with the minimum three years indemnity bond.
**Working Schedule**:
- Normal working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Days off: Sunday and national holidays.
- Working Hours:8 Hrs. per day.
**Performance Reviews**:
- Performance reviews will be done on completion of at least one year as per recommendations of HOD.
**Termination**:
- The tenure will be of at least three years as per indemnity bond which will be strictly followed as well as the terms & conditions of the appointment letter & standing orders of the company.
