**Roles and Responsibility**:

- Should have an excellent communication and ability to sell. Should be able to interact with customers very confidently.
- Outbound Sales: 100% Voice, Products catered ( CC, CASA, Insurance, Loans - Personal, Education, Home, Business, Property)
- Interacting with Customers on voice calls, in a professional and friendly manner.
- Should be able to convert leads across product segments. (Training will be provided)
- To be completely aware of the products and handle customer objections.
- To ensure proper customer profiling on each to identify and understand his/her needs and accordingly pitch for sales.
- Should carry IDFC FIRST Bank values and display "Always You First” attitude in every interaction.

- 19500-26250 Monthly CTC, 234000-315000 Yearly CTC
