Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of technology products and services, preferably in areas such as software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or IT consulting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.

Profile Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Business Development Representative (BD Rep) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients in the IT sector.
Profile Responsibilities
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
- **Solution Presentations**: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our IT solutions.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to create customized proposals that address the specific needs of prospects.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage and update the sales pipeline in CRM software, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
