**Head - Business Development** and **Sales/Sales Executive**,

3 - 10 yrs experience mandatory,

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.

2. Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including engineering firms, construction companies, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

3. Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.

4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions and proposals to meet client needs.

5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.

6. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers, showcasing our value proposition and unique selling points.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM software.

9. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and potential risks.

10. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Environmental Science, Technology, or a related field. MBA or equivalent business degree preferred. Page 2 of 2

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B business development and sales, preferably within the engineering or related industry.

3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.

4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.

5. Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

6. Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for excellence and performance.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

8. Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

9. Experience with variable pay structures and performance-based incentives preferred.
