Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Respond to Customer Queries**:
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
- **Resolve Customer Issues**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a timely manner.
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for product or service-related issues.
- **Maintain Customer Records**:
- Update customer profiles and interaction records in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- **Provide Feedback**:
- Identify trends in customer feedback and communicate potential product or service improvements to the relevant teams.
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, technical support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support** (if applicable):
- Assist customers with product recommendations and upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges when necessary.
- **Compliance and Quality**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Follow quality control processes to ensure the highest level of customer service.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other customer service tools.
- **Multitasking Ability**: Ability to manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.
