Ticketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Book and Issue international airline tickets using Ticketing Platforms (eg: Galileo)
- Assist customers with flight inquiries, schedule changes, and cancellations.
- Manage re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds for flight tickets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline rules, regulations, and promotional offers.
- Resolve customer queries related to ticketing and travel plans.
- Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Promote ancillary services such as travel insurance, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
**Skill & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international ticketing.
- Proficiency in Galileo ticketing software is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of international air ticketing rules and regulations.
- Previous experience in a travel agency is an advantage.
**Soft skills**:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
