**Full job description**
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries according to their preferences and budget.
- Handle ticket bookings, cancellations, and modifications in compliance with airline and travel regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of ticketing transactions and related documentation.
- Resolve client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and airline promotions to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven 2-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant and Ticketing Executive in a reputable travel agency.
- In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems, airline ticketing procedures, and travel destinations.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing ticketing and travel arrangements.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
