Ticketing Executive

**Job description**
Your role involves assisting customers with inquiries, booking reservations, issuing tickets, and handling various travel-related transactions. You will ensure that customers receive accurate information, timely assistance, and seamless travel experiences.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
- Issue tickets, boarding passes, and electronic vouchers to customers, ensuring accuracy in fare calculations, passenger information, and payment processing.
- Process ticket refunds, exchanges, and cancellations according to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reservations, ticketing transactions, and financial transactions, documenting details in reservation systems and databases.
- Generate reports on ticket sales, customer feedback, and service metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Checking, comparing best available and affordable Fares/price for the customers.
**Job Qualifications**:
- UAE experience is a plus.
- Degree or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism, customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service, ticketing, or reservations roles.
- Excellent English is a must.
- Proficiency in reservation systems, booking platforms, and ticketing software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing ticketing and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
