Ticketing Executive

As an Air Ticketing Executive in our Holiday Package Company, you will play a vital role in coordinating air travel arrangements for our clients. Your responsibilities will include booking flights and managing reservations.This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate airline systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Flight Reservations:
- Assist clients in selecting and booking appropriate flights based on their travel preferences and holiday package requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines to secure reservations and confirm seat availability.
- Handle changes or modifications to flight reservations promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate any changes to clients and address their concerns or inquiries.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to confirm travel details and provide necessary information.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Ensure that all travel documentation, including tickets and visas, is accurate and delivered to clients on time.
- Stay informed about airline policies, regulations, and travel restrictions to ensure compliance.
Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with the sales, accounting, and operations teams to ensure seamless coordination of travel arrangements.
- Provide relevant information to other departments to enhance overall service quality.
Technology Utilization:
- Utilize airline reservation systems and online booking platforms efficiently.
- Stay updated on new technologies and tools that can enhance the air ticketing process.
Problem Resolution:
- Handle any issues related to flight delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions.
- Collaborate with airlines and other service providers to find timely and effective solutions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in travel and tourism is a plus.
- Proven experience in air ticketing or a related field. 3 - 5 Years
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems and online booking platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
