1) Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures, preparing payroll, controlling correspondence, designing filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
3) Orders supplies and equipment; maintains service contracts on office equipment. Attends meetings and takes meeting notes. Liaises with internal and external units to carryout job tasks. Assists managers and supervisors in developing policies and procedures.
