**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their goals, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to ensure customers maximize the value of our products and services.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for customer needs and drive resolution of issues.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide in-person support and build rapport.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in account management or customer success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer success tools.
- Previous experience in a field-based will be added advantage.

**Salary**: ₹198,000.00 - ₹222,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
