**Job Description**:
Job title: Travel Administrator
Reports to: Facilities Manager India
The Travel Administrator E&A role is an integral role within the Facilities E&A team that supports the delivery of travel operations for ICF in India. The role plays a vital part with in the delivery of inhouse customer service and working with third party travel contractor on the delivery across 2 offices ( New Delhi/ Bangalore).
JOB Location - New Delhi (Aerocity)
Exp Range - 2-3 Yrs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute travel provision for personnel allocated to projects and any other company travel requests.
- Arrange booking of Flights, Hire Cars, Accommodation, Taxis, Trains, Ferries, and any other form of transport required to meet requirement.
- Liaise with staff around travel dates and times, any changes or cancellations.
- Provide direct support to all staff around any travel issues that may arise.
- Liaise, monitor, and record costs with travel supplier for flight information, trains, hire cars and hotel booking.
- Regular reviewing of rotas to ensure all travel is booked and any changes are logged.
- Resolve any urgent issues relating to travel with appointed supplier.
- Managing the financial aspects of travel planning by tracking cost codes, incoming travel invoices and generating reports on travel spending
- Ensuring that travel arrangements meet all legal requirements, including obtaining passports and visas
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with travel / accommodation booking would be advantageous.
- Fully computer literate with MS Office and Teams.
- Used to working in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible with a great sense of responsibility and service.
- Self-motivated and self-directed and ability to work on your own initiative.
- Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment. ‘Prepared to get involved in the detail when necessary’ / ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The capacity to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
