Job Summary: As a B2B Sales Executive at Ed5, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B clients/Franchisee. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients through various channels, including Franchisee network, cold calling, networking, and research.
- Generate leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients/Franchisee.
- Understand clients' business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their business.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in Edtech Industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel, as required.

**Salary**: ₹12,566.62 - ₹48,000.36 per month
