About us:
Subko is committed to an ideal: to help reimagine, re-design. and re-invent an unlikely origin-the Indian Subcontinent--as a legitimate contributor to the global specialty coffee and craft baking movements. Only raw materials enter Subko's roastery: all of the coffee and bakehouse products are crafted from scratch, in house. From crop to cup, bean to bar, and farm to table. We aim to provide a detailed, high quality coffee and bake experience to all our guests.

We are on the look out for young. motivated individuals to join our growing team in the kitchen, front of house service and as baristas.

About the job:
Title: Commis level (2/3)/Entry level SPECIFICALLY for preparation for all craft sandwich fillings, ingredients for toasts, jams, sauces, gravies, nut butters and eventually, to slot into our savoury pick up chef team who will craft our unique take on baked goods, craft sandwiches and experimental toasts.

Key notes
- 1. This is NOT a position in the bakery.

2. One must be flexible to do all shifts in either Bandra West, Byculla or South Bombay.

3. Fluency in management of FIFO, stock, inventory preferred.

4. A rigorous approach to SOPs in the kitchen.

5. A structured approach to fast paced kitchen workflow.

6. Keen to learn and evolve in constantly evolving and exciting kitchen environment.

7. Keen to maintain strong level of cleanliness in the kitchen environment at all times.

8. Must be proactive and have strong communication skills, Hindi and English are both acceptable.

Responsibilities include:

- Making different types of foods
- Making food with good quality and taste
- Keeping kitchen area clean and tidy
- Should know how to cut vegetables and fruits

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
