**Responsibilities**:
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target sectors.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products & services and value proposition.

Proactively seek out and engage with prospective clients through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.

Build a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.

2. Client relationship management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.

Understand the client's needs, challenges, and goals to propose tailored solutions

3. Develop and deliver compelling proposals:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop custom proposals and presentations that address client requirements and showcase our capabilities.

Present proposals to clients, address their concerns and objections, and negotiate contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

4. Market analysis and strategy:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for business growth.

Study and analyze market data and prepare reports on sales performance, market penetration, and new business development initiatives.

Assist in the development and implementation of strategic business development plans.

5. Collaboration and teamwork:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of client projects and initiatives.

Participate in team meetings, share market insights, and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

**Qualifications **:12th Pass /Bachelor's degree / MBA

**Salary** : 12000 to 20000 monthly inhand + Incentives

**Shift Timing **:9:30 am to 7:00 pm (Sunday Fixed Off)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to travel as needed
