We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ed-tech sales professionals to join our team as a Career Coach Business Development Executive (BDE). This is a remote role, based in and around Maharashtra / Pan India.

As a Career Coach BDE, you will be responsible for converting leads into successful enrolments and guiding students to make the right career choice by providing all students with accurate information about our training programs and following up with leads. You will be responsible for maintaining the database and making cold calls/outbound calls in order to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Your key deliverables will include:

- Leveraging your ed-tech sales background and expertise to convert leads into enrolments through cold calling, internet research, and other sources
- Identifying key students and generating interest in our online courses and services
- Building trusted relationships with students by providing them with accurate information about the training programs
- Networking and striving to convert connections into customers
- Taking prospects from initial contact to the qualified phase over the phone
- Presenting solutions virtually
- Daily follow-up with all prospects/leads and closing leads

As a Career Coach BDE, you should have a strong understanding of the ed-tech industry and be able to effectively communicate the value of our training programs to potential students. You should be driven, proactive, and able to work independently to achieve your sales targets. You should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to think on your feet and handle objections effectively.

**Salary**: ₹14,690.66 - ₹40,241.77 per month
