We are looking for a friendly and efficient **Female Office Assistant** _**(Freshers & Experienced)**_to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and is eager to grow in a supportive work environment.
**Key Duties**:
- **Answering and Making Calls**: Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and warmth.
- **Call Log Register**: Maintain an accurate record of all calls in the call log register.
- **Reporting**: Ensure that calls and messages are promptly reported to the right person.
- **Managing and Organizing Office Supplies**: Keep track of office supplies and ensure they are well-stocked.
- **Scheduling Appointments and Meetings**: Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings.
- **Maintaining Office Cleanliness**: Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- **Multitasking**: Take on additional tasks related to office work for your growth and development, as necessary.
**Who We're Looking For**:
- **Good Communication Skills**: Comfortable talking on the phone and interacting with customers and is apt at MS Office and computer basics
- **Organized**: Able to manage tasks efficiently and maintain records.
- **Willing to Learn**: Open to taking on new challenges and growing with the team.
- **Team Player**: Ready to help wherever needed to ensure the office runs smoothly.
**Salary**: INR 8,000-12,000
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
