Field Sales Representative

**Requirements**:
**Sales and Business Development**:
- Lead Generation: Actively identify and develop new business opportunities through direct hunting and by leveraging relationships with industry influencers.
- Influencer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential leads and industry influencers to generate new business opportunities.
- Database Management: Create and update a database of potential clients, leads, and industry contacts.
- Client Interaction: Visit industry influencers, generate leads, and follow up by meeting with prospective customers to present Futurehook’s solutions.
- Sales Closure: Work diligently to close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
**Customer Engagement**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless installation and integration of our solutions.
**Collaboration and Reporting**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the home automation or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of smart home technology and system integration solutions.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous interactions and connections with building architects are a significant plus.
- A two-wheeler is mandatory, along with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Bengaluru and surrounding areas for client meetings and field sales activities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
