Mission of the Role
As a Sales Specialist, you'll perform, research and operate in the fields of Hand Crafted Ceramic tiles and stone products and will be fully involved in conceptualising the strategy to sell products directly and indirectly. The process of sales for the products under the labels Delos Tile/Cubit Tile or any other brand represented by Delos itself demands, business awareness and skills in market study, knowledge of the process and prowess.
Main Responsibilities and Objectives of the Role
Sales Specialist
- Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our product line meet the needs of customers.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- Generate leads and build relationships by organizing daily work schedule to call on existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
- Good PR and interpersonal skills with extremely good communication. Should be able to initiate a positive conversation and maintain long term relationships with clients, vendors and manufacturers.
- Should have an eye for detail. Take full responsibility in follow ups for execution of targets.
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections
- Prepare concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are being met and company standards are being upheld.

- Demonstrates consistently high standards of personal grooming in accordance to Delos
grooming standards and guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment and product displays.
- Adhere to Delos operations, time and attendance policies and standards
- Follow Delos processes efficiently and accurately
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
