Bengaluru, India Target Associates Pvt Ltd Full time

Prepares and services all food items according to resort recipes and standards
- Ensures consistency in taste and presentation of all food items
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately
- Maintains daily mis-en-place and prepares certain food items for the following days duties
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock.
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices.
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters.
- Monitors related equipment, reporting any problems or inconsistencies to the Sous Chef
- Assumes responsibilities of the Chef de Partie in their absence
- Ensure cleanliness of the unit
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation
- Control food stock and food cost in the unit
- Conducts stock audit and informs reporting line of near expiry products 72
- Collect indent from stores
- Ensure all the registers are maintained and updated on daily basis
- Other works as and when entrusted by the reporting head Specification:
Qualification : B.Sc/ Diploma in Hotel Management, Diploma in Crafts Course

Work Experience : 5-7 yrs

Skills Required : People Skills, Leadership Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Decision Making, Interpersonal Skills, Crisis Management, Attention to Details, Networking Skills, Communication Skill

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
