Coordinates with user departments and suppliers.
- Coordinates with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Prepare and submit purchase orders.
- Track and monitor delivery of goods.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies with vendors and

suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
- Handles the day-to-day activities of the Procurement

department.
- Maintains complete updated purchasing records/data

and pricing in the system.
- Prepares reports.
- Schedules supplier visits and conducts competitor survey

Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing

duties.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase

orders and documents in accordance with company

policies and procedures.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
