We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive at chargeMOD, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for promoting our comprehensive range of EV charging solutions, energy storage systems, and renewable grid technologies.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including EV fleet operators, commercial property owners, government entities, and other key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
3. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of chargeMOD's offerings, including advanced EV charging stations, energy storage solutions, and renewable grid technologies. Effectively communicate the value proposition and technical features to prospective customers.
4. Customer Consultation: Consult with clients to assess their requirements and recommend the most suitable charging infrastructure solutions. Provide guidance on installation, configuration, and integration of chargeMOD products and services.
5. Proposal Development: Prepare comprehensive proposals and sales presentations that clearly articulate the benefits, pricing, and implementation plans of chargeMOD's solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of proposals.
6. Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals. Provide ongoing support and address customer inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
7. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and government incentives related to EV charging infrastructure and renewable energy. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities and make proactive recommendations.
**Requirements**:
1. Experience: Fresher or someone with proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors will be an added advantage.
2. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EV charging infrastructure, energy storage systems, and renewable energy concepts. Understanding of the evolving trends and challenges in the electric mobility industry is highly desirable.
3. Sales Skills: Demonstrated success in consultative selling and solution-oriented sales approaches. Ability to build rapport, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Self-Driven: Motivated by ambitious goals and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proactive in identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to understand customer needs, provide valuable insights, and build long-term relationships.
7. Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry conferences and events.
8. Knowledge of Malayalam language is a must.
