**About the team**:
The Host Success Team at Zoomcar is a new team dedicated to ensuring our hosts have a seamless and rewarding experience on our platform. We work closely with our hosts to support their journey from onboarding through continuous engagement and performance optimization. Our goal is to build strong relationships with our hosts, helping them achieve success and maximize their revenue potential.
**What will you do**:
- Coach new and existing hosts to be set up for success on the platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our hosts, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Provide recommendations to hosts on how to optimize their vehicle listings and maximize availability to meet demand
- Provide hosts with access to resources to maximize utilization and grow by adding more vehicles
- Gather product/experience feedback, conduct surveys and parlay findings to the relevant teams at Zoomcar
- We're a small team in a dynamic startup environment; you may be called upon to support the Host Success team in other capacities, such as supporting live events or host meet-ups
- **Analyze host performance data to identify areas for improvement and growth**
- Develop and execute initiatives to help hosts optimize their listings and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the data analytics team to generate insights and reports for host performance reviews
- Work closely with other departments such as Customer Support, Product, and Marketing to ensure a seamless host experience
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance platform features based on host feedback and needs**Your profile**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer success, account management or similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:
- Multilingual with proficiency in English, Hindi and any of the south Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada)
- Excellent follow-through, attention to detail and mínimal need for supervision
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic startup environment; youll have guidance when you need it, but youre also goal-oriented and can execute without close supervision
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decision
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
