Public Relations Officer

Job description
- Manage and Maintain communication and refine internal processes that support to the highest-ranking executive’s company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives’ priorities are met.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange their travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
- Extremely good understanding of business functionality across sectors.
- High levels of demonstrated personal and professional integrity and reputation in the industry.
- Strong fluency in English and ability to create high quality, coherent and concise public policy collateral.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business.
- Superb written, and verbal communication skills and strong time management skills.
- Ability to understand, communicate, coordinate and drive action on implications of policy and regulation changes on the business.
- Ability to network and get through to the relevant public and policy officials and present business perspective on issues.
- 5+ years’ experience required from the media agencies. Minimum Graduate required.
- Preparing press notes for media and video news for channels.
- Building new relations and maintaining liaising with local media.
- Having good knowledge of English, Hindi and Punjabi.
