**Responsibilities**:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements efficiently.

Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them.

Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Managing Director.

Maintain professional and effective communication with internal teams, clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics such as venue booking, catering, and audiovisual setup.

Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, expense management, and supply inventory for the Managing Director's office.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
