Housekeeping Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate activities of the housekeeping staff.
- Assign duties and inspect work for adherence to prescribed standards of cleanliness.
- Train new housekeeping employees and provide ongoing training and development for existing staff.
- Ensure that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and complaints, and take appropriate action to resolve issues.
- Enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for staff and guests.
- Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including cleaning schedules, room occupancy, and staff attend

**Skills**:

- Previous 1 experience in housekeeping or a related field.
- Diploma or equivalent or additional education or certification in hospitality management.
