Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist in identifying potential clients and conducting market research to explore new business opportunities.

2. Support the business development team in preparing and delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients.

3. Collaborate with team members to draft proposals, quotes, and contracts for new projects.

4. Aid in the development and execution of strategic plans to expand the company's client base.

5. Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

6. Conduct competitive analysis to understand the market landscape and make recommendations to enhance the company's competitive advantage.

7. Assist in gathering and analyzing data to generate insights that drive decision-making and business growth.

8. Support in coordinating and attending networking events and conferences to represent the company and create valuable connections.

9. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to drive business development initiatives.

10. Assist in monitoring and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development efforts.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in business development, sales, and client relations.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders effectively.

4. Basic understanding of business concepts, market dynamics, and sales principles.

5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and presentation tools to create compelling materials.

6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

7. Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.

8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

9. Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.

10. A portfolio or previous project work related to business development would be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
