We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team at **Mistersk Infotech**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads through direct marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in direct marketing and lead generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience in the IT/web development industry is a plus.

**Skills Required**:

- Lead Generation: Expertise in direct marketing and lead generation, with a proven track record of acquiring new clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
- Market Research: Strong research skills to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs.
- Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic business plans aimed at driving business growth.
- Sales & Business Acumen: Good understanding of sales cycles and the ability to close deals efficiently.
- Presentation Skills: Proficiency in presenting ideas and solutions to clients in a persuasive manner.
- Problem Solving: Ability to identify client pain points and offer tailored solutions to address them.
- Networking: Strong networking abilities, both online (LinkedIn, etc.) and offline, to connect with potential clients.
- IT/Tech Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with web development, design, and digital marketing services is an advantage.

Supplemental Pay:
