The front desk executive will be the first point of contact for stakeholders, visitors, clients, and employees. She/He will be responsible for managing the reception area, answering and transferring calls, and providing general administrative support to the organization.
- Greet and welcome Stakeholders, visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the reception area.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects a professional image.
- Inform the relevant personnel about the visitor's arrival and ensure they are directed to the appropriate person or department.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including sorting and distributing mail, managing courier services, and coordinating package deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments for visitor arrivals and scheduled meetings.
- Keep track of visitor sign-in and sign-out processes.
- Monitor and control access to the premises by issuing visitor badges, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry and filing.
- Preparing Daily report as specified
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Managing logical access authority like CMS, (Canteen Management Software), Hikvision/CP Plus NVR (CCTV access), eSSL (Access Control System), etc.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, ordering additional items when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the procurement and delivery of office supplies
- Assist in coordinating company events, conferences, or meetings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
