We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and customer-focused **Receptionist** to join our team at **Pink Apple Healthcare **. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role is key to ensuring the smooth daily operation of our clinics across Bangalore.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Interaction**: Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and handle appointment bookings efficiently.
- **Office Coordination**: Maintain an organized reception area and coordinate daily office activities.
- **Scheduling**: Manage and update appointment calendars for clients and service providers.
**Qualifications**:
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills in English and local languages.
- **Attributes**: Friendly, well-presented, organized, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- **Age Limit**: 20-35 years.
