Customer Success Executive

Welcome to the Customer Success Team As a member of this team, your main role will be to create strong connections with our valued customers. You'll be the bridge between the company and our clients, offering them support, guidance, and expert advice to make the most of our products and services.
Your ultimate goal is to cultivate lasting relationships with customers and assist them in reaching their business objectives through our innovative solutions. **Responsibilities**:
- Proficiently handle the data tracking and financial aspects of customer accounts using Internal Tracker and Tally software.
- Utilize MS Excel to analyze and manage customer-related data effectively, ensuring accurate reporting and decision-making.
- Prepare and manage invoices and agreements, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Thoroughly verify customer documents to ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
- Support the tender preparation process, collaborating with internal teams to provide necessary information and ensure timely submissions.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to address customer concerns, find win-win solutions, and maintain customer loyalty.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all touchpoints.
- Interact with vendors to coordinate product deliveries, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain smooth operations.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers and assist them in achieving their business goals.
- Lead the onboarding process for new customers, understanding their unique requirements, and guiding them through the implementation of our products into their manufacturing processes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and analyze customer usage data and product adoption metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for enhancing customer success.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer success or related role within the manufacturing industry.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.
- Proficiency in CRM, Tally, and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
- Prior experience in creating invoices, agreements, and tender preparation is preferred.
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
