**Responsibilities**:As a Customer Support Executive at Printrove, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to client chats, tickets, calls and inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Handling incoming calls and addressing customer concerns effectively.
- Collaborating with relevant internal teams to resolve issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Coordinating with shipping companies to address and resolve merchant shipping concerns.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with e-commerce and merchandise businesses is a plus.
**Reporting Structure**:You will report directly to the Lead Customer Success, working closely with a dynamic and supportive team.
**Goals and Expectations**:Your main goal is to ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and have a seamless experience with Printrove. This involves resolving their concerns promptly, maintaining a positive attitude, and contributing to the overall success of our customer support team.
