**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Planning and prioritizing daily sales activities including new leads, follow ups, facilitating payment collections etc.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Proper understanding of client/customers requirements, sharing presentations with clients.
- Ensure that sales target are met through proper planning, regular follow-ups and timely reporting.
- Help customers maximize the use of software features.
- Dedicated support to clients/customers
- Negotiate a commercial agreement.
