**Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales Calls:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective international healthcare customers, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to introduce and sell the company’s medicines.

Identify decision-makers and build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry.

Sales Conversion:
Qualify leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent and effective follow-up.

Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Market Research:
Conduct research to identify potential markets and customer segments within the healthcare industry.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.

Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to specific international healthcare markets.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales tactics and improve performance.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s healthcare products/services and effectively c communicate their value propositions to customers.

Stay informed about new product developments and updates in the healthcare sector.

Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards in different international markets.

Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company’s offerings meet compliance requirements.

Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.

Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
