Complaint Responsible

**Mission**:
- Define qualification requirements for complaint managers within the team.
- Evaluate and report on the complaint process, identifying weaknesses and recommending corrective actions.
- Train team members in complaint management processes for the MET production area.
- Ensure proper documentation of complaints using the QSYS/RQMS tool.
- Develop and track KPIs to assess complaint process efficiency, completeness, cost recording, and accuracy.
- Prepare and share complaint process reports with Quality Assurance leadership.
- Monitor ongoing internal and external complaints, focusing on customer issues.
- Resolve processing issues in the complaint process and close customer complaints in QSYS RQMS.
- Identify and document QM system deviations and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate complex topics and ensure all documentation meets customer guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to EHS policies and legal requirements.
- Provide necessary resources for workplace health and safety.
- Guide and support employees to improve the HSE management system.
- Foster a safety-focused culture and continuous improvement in HSE practices.
- Raise employee awareness on occupational health, safety, and environmental protection.
**Profile**:
- Engineer degree
- 3 years of experience in the quality (preferred in Harnesses field)
- Fluent English, French and Germain will be a plus
- Knowledge of customer portals and quality methods
