As M&A Integration Associate, you will be an integral part of the Zelis M&A Integration Management Office. You will work closely with US-based M&A integration leaders to manage projects, create compelling PowerPoint presentations, and conduct data analysis in Excel and in enterprise business intelligence and visualization tools.

This is a high visibility position that has significant impact on Zelis’ success in integrating newly acquired companies. We view this role as an opportunity for rapid development of business skills for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Project Leadership: assist lead program manager in directing end-to-end M&A integration projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive integration strategies
- Due Diligence: Participate in pre-merger due diligence, organizing activities and collating findings into actionable summaries of risks and insights
- Integration Planning: Work with functional integration leaders to develop detailed integration plans encompassing all aspects of the integration process

Presentation Development
- PowerPoint Presentations: Collaborate with IMO leaders to create persuasive and accurate PowerPoint presentations to report on integration status as well as drive decision-making
- Visual Storytelling: Transform complex data and ideas into clear, concise, and visually engaging slides to effectively communicate key messages to leadership and stakeholders
- Playbook development: Collaborate with integration leaders to further develop the Zelis toolkit for integration into a fully developed playbook
- Quality Assurance: Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines in all presentation materials and data analysis outputs.

Analysis / Tools
- Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis and modeling in Excel, assisting with research, analysis, financial modeling, and other quantitative tasks to support integration projects
- SharePoint: Experience creating lists, forms, workflows, and web parts to enhance internal intranet functionality and layout, as well as to support efficient project organization and collaboration
- Smartsheet: Experience creating and managing Smartsheet trackers and forms

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Relevant coursework or experience in data analysis and presentation design is a plus.
- Minimum of two years work experience within consulting at a ‘Big 4’ global professional services firm or similar consultancy
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is essential. Knowledge of advanced features, add-ins, and data visualization tools is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to support decision-making processes.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design, ensuring that presentations are visually appealing and error-free.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, enabling seamless collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment.
- Previous experience within a consulting firm or in project management
- A genuine passion for using data and storytelling to drive business impact and influence strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating globally, with ability to work independently
- Mature interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with diverse audiences
