- **Document Management**: Prepare, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain organized files and records.
- **Travel Coordination**: Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas as needed.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
- **Research**: Conduct research on various topics as requested and provide summaries and recommendations.
- **Expense Management**: Track and manage expenses, process reimbursements, and prepare financial reports as required.
- **Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between [Executive/Manager] and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
