**Job Description: Membership Specialist**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership Specialist to join our team at the gym/ club. As a Membership Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding our member base through effective communication, stellar customer service, and a positive attitude. If you are a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communication, and is comfortable with both phone calls and rotational shifts, we invite you to apply.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reach out to potential and existing members via phone calls to promote membership benefits, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
- Assist in the enrollment and renewal process for members, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Provide accurate information about membership options, fees, and terms to help potential members make informed decisions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's products, services, and membership benefits to effectively communicate their value.
- Handle member interactions with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed their expectations at every touchpoint.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate member records.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
- Comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging in meaningful conversations with potential and existing members.
- Adaptability to work in rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate member needs.

**Qualification**: Graduate

**Salary**: Rs. 15,000 to 25,000

**Min. Experience**: Freshers with good communication skills can apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
